MalayaMedium, cooked with pineapple and slight touch of spice. Rogan JoshCooked with finely chopped fresh onions, garlic and coriander and garnished with fried tomatoes. A classic dish. JalfreziCooked with onions, capsicum, chilli, green herbs and selected spices. Fairly hot. SagwalaCooked with spinach, a touch of garlic and spices, a favourite home cooking.
