Medium Curry

Simple medium curry.

Madras

This dish needs no introduction.

Vindaloo

Strength higher then the madras with extra spice.

Bhuna

Cooked with finely chopped onions and tomatoes with a touch of spice.

Dupiaza

Cooked with chunks of fresh onions and capsicum, fried and garnished with spice in a medium flavoured.

Pathia

Finely chopped onions garnished in fresh tomatoes and spices creating a sweet and sour and slightly hot taste.

Dansak

Cooked with lentils, pineapple and a touch of spices producing a hot, sweet and sour taste.

Kurma

Mildly spiced with ground almonds and cream.

Malaya

Medium, cooked with pineapple and slight touch of spice.

Rogan Josh

Cooked with finely chopped fresh onions, garlic and coriander and garnished with fried tomatoes. A classic dish.

Jalfrezi

Cooked with onions, capsicum, chilli, green herbs and selected spices. Fairly hot.

Sagwala

Cooked with spinach, a touch of garlic and spices, a favourite home cooking.
